AceShowbiz - Kylie Jenner is currently involved in a legal dispute following allegations from a former employee who claims she endured discrimination and mistreatment while working at the celebrity’s Los Angeles residence.
The lawsuit, filed on April 18, comes from Angelica Hernandez Vasquez, who served as a housekeeper at Jenner’s Hidden Hills estate between September 2024 and August 2025. In her complaint, Vasquez identifies herself as “a Salvadoran woman and a practicing Catholic” and states that she was subjected to discrimination, harassment, and retaliation related to her race, national origin, religion, and disability.
Named alongside Kylie Jenner in the lawsuit are Tri Star Services and Maison Family Services. Vasquez alleges that she was repeatedly singled out by coworkers and supervisors in what she describes as a “toxic and abusive environment.”
According to the legal documents, the former housekeeper was treated with hostility and exclusion, frequently assigned the most challenging tasks, and mocked for her accent. The complaint also states that coworkers snapped their fingers at her and forced her to complete duties assigned to others. A particularly serious incident mentioned involves a supervisor throwing hangers at her feet during a confrontation in March 2025.
Vasquez claims she reported these issues but that her complaints were dismissed, ridiculed, or ignored. She ultimately resigned in August 2025, citing intolerable working conditions as the reason for leaving.
This lawsuit highlights serious allegations of workplace misconduct and discrimination within the environment maintained by Kylie Jenner and the associated service companies. The case is ongoing, and no further details have been disclosed at this time.
