The movie's producers are suing the actress for alleged breach of contract after she quietly made a complaint to the SAG-AFTRA about the 'Dark Knight' actor's alleged 'aggressive, demeaning, and unprofessional behavior.'

AceShowbiz - Abigail Breslin's allegations against her "Classified" co-star Aaron Eckhart have backfired. Not only the movie's producers are defending the actor, but also they are suing her for alleged breach of contract after making "specious" claims about the 55-year-old actor.

In a new lawsuit filed by the movie's production companies, it's revealed that the "Little Miss Sunshine" star wrote a letter to the Screen Actors Guild earlier this year "setting forth her fears and blasting Mr. Eckhart's behavior." She alleged that the "Olympus Has Fallen" star acted so aggressively toward her on the set that she was afraid to be left alone with him.

"During the course of production, the entire production almost ground to a halt when Breslin advised the production of Eckhart's (allegedly) aggressive, demeaning, and unprofessional behavior which she insisted placed her at various times in peril," the suit states.

It continues, "In order for the production to continue, among other things. Breslin refused to be alone in several scenes with Eckhart and costly accommodations had to be made by the production to accommodate Breslin's demands or else Breslin would not continue to perform her contractual obligations."

While the producers still don't know if Breslin confronted Eckhart about the alleged abuse, plaintiffs Dream Team Studios and WM Holdings say the film's on-set producer, identified as "Mr. Georgiev," prepared a report based on a "detailed" investigation that found "no evidence in support of Breslin's wild, hysterical and imaginary allegations against Eckhart."

The suit claims that Breslin's "specious" allegations cost the production over $80,000 for unnecessary accommodations made for Breslin. They also accuse the 27-year-old of "extortion" by demanding the payment of $35,000 as a condition for signing paperwork that is required to be signed in order for the film to be released.

In response to the lawsuit, a rep for Breslin tells Rolling Stone that the actress "is not aware of any action filed against her and has not been served with any legal notice." The rep adds that "Ms. Breslin categorically denies all contended allegations and unequivocally stands by her statement which she provided confidentially to SAG."
