After she flaunted her wrinkle-free skin during the promotional event, the actress portraying Jean Tatlock in the Christopher Nolan-directed film is likened to the 'Like a Prayer' singer.

AceShowbiz - Emily Blunt has been compared to Madonna. After showing off "different" appearance when attending the "Oppenheimer" press tour in London, the actress portraying Jean Tatlock in the Christopher Nolan-directed film was likened to the "Vogue" singer.

The 40-year-old actress was compared to the 64-year-old singer after she flaunted her wrinkle-free skin at the promotional event for her movie on Thursday, July 13. Under a tweet highlighting her co-star Cillian Murphy's appearance, one Twitter user argued, "I'm more concerned with Emily Blunt and the filler she put on her face. It looks like Madonna."

More comments about the "Mary Poppins Returns" actress' noticeably "different" look were buzzing on Twitter. Another tweeted, "Is it just me or does Emily Blunt's face look different? Has she succumbed to face tweaking?" A third asked, "Did Emily Blunt have some sort of surgery? Her face looks different." A fourth, in the meantime, proposed, "Just noticed the botox on emily blunt's face."

Emily herself has previously shared her view on plastic surgery. In a 2019 interview with Women & Home, she said, "I love imperfection - I appreciate that every line on someone's face bears a story, and is the result of experience. In Hollywood, people are suffocated by plastic surgery, but striving for an impassive perfection isn't something I ever found beautiful or have tried to achieve myself."

"I believe in taking care of your skin and your general health, but women who spend too much time trying to look perfect lose some of the magic about them," Emily continued. She further recalled, "When I was younger, I tried to dye my hair blonde with a product that contained lemon juice - it literally went green! I also remember several bad haircuts and blue lipstick."

"Now I have my make-up and hair favorites, and I don't make too many beauty faux pas because I look for professional advice, which is priceless. I've definitely learnt a few tricks through trial and error, but the best advice is that less is more. Every face is different, so embrace the face shape you’ve been given and make it work for you," she added.
