Back in 2022, the Kylie Cosmetics founder landed in hot water after she posted on Instagram some pictures of her donning minimum lab gear while at the manufacturing facility.

AceShowbiz - A new episode of "The Kardashians" has reignited chatters about how Kylie Jenner didn't follow safety protocols at her makeup manufacturing facility. In the Thursday, June 1 episode of the Hulu series, she could be seen visiting the facility located in Milan.

While in the lab, the 25-year-old cosmetics mogul was gloveless. She also didn't tie her long hair as she hand-mixed a Kylie Cosmetics concealer. At one point she even placed a beaker up to her lips and said, "I kind of want to drink it."

Later in the episode, Kylie used a spatula to smear a product on the back of her gloveless hands and then placed the cross-contaminated tool back into the beaker. While Kylie only donned a lab jacket, other employees were seen wearing full lab gear, including hair nets and face masks.

Back in 2022, Kylie landed in hot water after she posted Instagram photos at the manufacturing facility. "In the lab creating new magic for you guys better than ever," she wrote in the caption of the August 2022 post.

Instead of praises, the post earned the daughter of Kris Jenner criticism from some of her followers as she didn't wear full lab gear. Among the critics was cosmetic developer Kevin James Bennett, who wrote at the time, "I know the Kardashian/Jenner stans are going to come for my throat because I'm calling out their cosmetic queen...but WTF."

"I'm a cosmetic developer and work with cosmetic manufacturers (and their labs) as part of my job. I have very short hair, and I've NEVER been allowed into the lab or onto the manufacturing floor without a hair net, shoe covers, mask...and disposable GLOVES," he continued.

He added, "Kylie is gaslighting her followers into thinking she is creating cosmetics. And I'd like to know what ignorant manufacturer (in Italy) let her stage this photo-op in their lab and on the manufacturing floor - without following proper sanitation protocols. I need the name because I want to make sure my clients NEVER work with them. Folks, this is not the way we create cosmetics and misrepresents how our industry works. Credible manufacturers follow STRICT sanitation protocols to protect you. #ShameOnYou #kyliejenner."

Kylie defended herself in a now-deleted comment underneath Kevin's post. "Kevin - this picture is not taken in a manufacturing facility. i would never bypass sanitary protocols and neither would any other celeb or beauty brand owner," she insisted.
