AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber's Rolling Loud set seemed to be turning into a battlefield for the "drama" involving Hailey Baldwin and Selena Gomez. The Canadian pop star was harassed on stage with fans chanting "f**k Hailey."
The 29-year-old crooner, who recently canceled the postponed dates of his "Justice World Tour", made a surprise return to the stage at the Inglewood event over the weekend. He joined Don Toliver to perform their new song "Private Landing". Surprisingly, in a TikTok video that went viral on Tuesday, March 7, crowds could be heard disrupting his performance by shouting, "F**k Hailey."
The latest drama between Hailey and Selena started in January, after Hailey posted a since-deleted TikTok in which she, Kendall Jenner and Justine Skye mouthed the audio, "I'm not saying she deserved it, but God's timing is always right." Social media users suspected the video was referring to Selena, who, at the time, had just opened up about being body-shamed.
Hailey denied that the clip had anything to do with Selena. However, the model found herself in an even stickier situation the following month after Selena admitted to her Instagram followers at the time in a selfie video that she "accidentally laminated [her] eyebrows too much."
Shortly thereafter, Kylie Jenner shared a photo of her own eyebrows and wrote, "this was an accident?" She then posted a screenshot of a FaceTime call with Hailey that showed them zooming in on their brows.
Hailey and Kylie were quickly branded "mean girls," even though "The Kardashians" star insisted that her posts were not about Selena. Both Hailey and Kylie then lost a bunch of followers on Instagram and TikTok, while Selena has since surpassed the Kylie Cosmetics mogul as the most followed person on Instagram.
Justin hasn't spoken out publicly to defend his wife Hailey amid her drama with Selena but he appeared to deliver a message during his birthday party. According to reports, the "Peaches" crooner gave attendees a souvenir with "I'm so thankful that I didn't end up with what I thought I wanted" engraved on it.
Fans believed that Justin talked about Selena with the souvenir. "made his entire birthday about selena," one person commented on Instagram. Another chimed in, "the world revolves around queen selenerrr as always." Another remarked, "Bro looked more happy in the pic showing Selena tattoo than with the pic of Hailey."
Indeed, Justin posted a snapshot of him showing off his Selena tattoo on his arm and a photo of him posing with his wife Hailey. Interestingly, as fans noted, he sported a happier expression while flaunting the Selena tattoo. Meanwhile, one photo featuring Hailey showed him with a more serious facial expression, with Hailey's face not even facing the camera.
In the meantime, Selena recently urged her fans to be "kinder." The "Only Murders in the Building" star wrote via TikTok, "Please, please be kinder and consider others mental health. My heart has been heavy and I only want good for everyone. All my love."
