AceShowbiz - Cameron Diaz has officially returned to acting. The "Charlie's Angels" actress, who stepped away from Hollywood more than eight years ago, was spotted filming "Back in Action" alongside Jamie Foxx.

On Wednesday, February 8, the 50-year-old was spotted on the set of her and her "Annie" co-star's new film in London, England. In photos surfacing online, she was seen wearing a black blazer over a lace-trimmed camisole top and matching pants, while the 55-year-old actor donned a classic black tuxedo.

Announcing Cameron's unretirement on was Jamie back in June 2022. "Cameron I hope you aren't mad I recorded this, but no turning back now," he tweeted along with a recording of a three-way call between him, Cameron and Tom Brady. "Had to call in the GOAT to bring back another GOAT. @CameronDiaz and I are BACK IN ACTION - our new movie with @NetflixFilm. Production starting later this year!!"

In the audio recording, the mother of one expressed her nerves about returning to Hollywood. "I'm like pacing the room," she opened up. "I feel excited, but I don't know how to do this, you know?"

Jamie then surprised Cameron by calling Tom, who announced his retirement in March last year only to change his mind 40 days later and rejoin the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. "I was talking to Jamie and he said you need a few tips on how to un-retire," the now-retired quarterback quipped. "I'm relatively successful at un-retiring."

Aside from Jamie and Cameron, the BAFTA winners Andrew Scott and Jamie Demetriou, as well as McKenna Roberts and Rylan Jackson, will star in the Netflix action-comedy. Seth Gordon ("Horrible Bosses", "The Lost City") will direct the movie.
