AceShowbiz - Harry Styles nearly hurt himself while taking the 65th Annual Grammy Awards stage. The English chart-topping musician almost fell off stage during his energetic "As It Was" performance.

On Sunday night, February 5, the 29-year-old crooner belted out his hit song from his album "Harry's House" in a glittery outfit. At one point, he looked like almost tipped down the ramp to another section of the stage when he stepped on a rotating platform. He, fortunately, managed to pull himself up by taking a few extra steps to regather his balance.

Fans were quick to send positive messages on social media. "When harry jumped back on the spinny thing i did in fact scream DONT FALL," tweeted one fan. "Okay but real quick…did Harry mean to kinda fall like that earlier ooooor did he actually lose his Footing???" another said.

His performance came after winning his second Grammy ever. Harry was awarded Best Pop Vocal for "Harry's House", having won Best Pop Solo Performance in 2021 for "Watermelon Sugar".

In addition to Harry, performing at the award show were Lizzo and Sam Smith. Lizzo went all out while performing two of her biggest hits, "About Damn Time" and "Special". She looked stunning on the stage in a black corset dress and a wet and wavy bob.

The three-time Grammy winner is nominated for five awards tonight, including Record of the Year, Song of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance for her song "About Damn Time" as well as Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album for "Special".

Sam, for their part, channeled his inner devil while belting out their hit "Unholy" with his collaborator Kim Petras. The "Unholy" duo took the stage with their all-red theme that they brought to the red carpet, with the whole arena in red lights with flames bursting in the background. Kim sang her verse in a cage, wearing red spandex, with whips, chains and devil horns.

Prior to their performance, Sam and Kim won the Grammy for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance category. While Sam nabbed their fifth Grammy win in their career, the moment was extra special for Kim, since this marked her very first Grammy nomination and win, and she made history as the very first transgender woman to win the award.
