A few weeks after claiming that it's hard to make her husband 'crack a smile' following the tragic death of his cousin, the 'Bodak Yellow' raptress takes him to Jamaican getaway to celebrate his 31st birthday.

AceShowbiz - Cardi B is taking her attempt to make Offset "crack a smile" to the next level. The "Bodak Yellow" hitmaker previously said that she's "hopeless" to make her husband happy following the death of his cousin Takeoff and now she is treating him to a tropical getaway in Jamaica to celebrate his 31st birthday.

On Tuesday, December 13, the 30-year-old raptress turned to her Instagram Story to document their vacation. In one of the sweet footage, the couple could be seen riding in a golf cart.

Cardi looked pretty in a purple top and began giggling as Offset put on his best Jamaican accent and said, "We're on the island, catch the island." The Migos member certainly seemed to be enjoying the scenery as another clip showed him smoking next to the pool while overlooking the ocean.

Not stopping there, Cardi also shared a short clip of Offset enjoying a tasty meal on the beach in a stunning scene. Another video saw Cardi singing "Happy Birthday" with a man giving Offset a blue cake with some candles. The "Bad and Boujee" rapper first made a wish before blowing out the candles.

Late last month, Cardi revealed that she's "feeling so hopeless" in attempting to help her husband through his grief over his late Migos bandmate Takeoff. "We're living our lives normally, but deep down inside our hearts have been so heavy," she explained. "I feel like if I talk about the incident so desensitized, I feel like if we talk about how we really feel or what motherf**kers really been going through, y'all will start saying, 'Oh, sympathy. Oh sympathy.' "

Cardi continued, "And we don't want no sympathy. We ain't no charity case. But no lie, I have been feeling so hopeless trying to make my husband happy." She went on saying, "Trying to make him crack a smile, seeing him randomly cry, seeing him trying to distract his mind completely… schedules have been changing, trying to keep up with work after everything that he's been going through these past couple of weeks."

Over the weekend, Offset paid a moving tribute to Takeoff at his show. In a video surfacing online, a black-and-white picture of the fallen Migos star was displayed on a giant screen onstage while the DJ played a rendition of "Never Can Say Goodbye".

Offset was back performing after Takeoff's death earlier this month, during a gig at Miami club E11EVEN. Joined by Cardi at the party, he led a tribute to his cousin as he told the crowd before performing "Bad and Boujee" and "Clout", "We're doing this for my brother. For Takeoff, let's do this s**t."
