When giving his opening statement at the trial, Tory's defense lawyer George Mgdesyan alleges that Megan and her ex-BFF Kelsey Nicole Harris once 'hooked up' with Ben as well as DaBaby.

AceShowbiz - Ben Simmons apparently has responded to claim that he once "hooked up" with Megan Thee Stallion and her ex-BFF Kelsey Nicole Harris. The claim was made by Tory Lanez's defense attorney George Mgdesyan when giving his opening statement at the trial.
Seemingly reacting to the statement made by Tory's lawyer, Ben turned to his social media account on Monday, December 12. The Brooklyn Nets star posted a clip of Rick Ross shouting "false accusations!" to his Instagram Story. The footage came from a promo for Rozay's appearance on "AEW Dynamite" earlier this year.
Earlier on Monday, it's reported that George argued that Kelsey and Megan got into a verbal argument while inside an SUV with Tory. The conversation allegedly occurred after a party where Megan and Kelsey were bothered by the sight of Tory and Kylie Jenner together in a pool. George alleged Kylie eventually told Megan that it was time for them to leave.
Later, George revealed Tory had a sexual relationship with Megan, causing a fight between the ladies. Tory reportedly dated Kelsey some time prior. Additionally, the defense team claimed during this spat, Kelsey wasn't surprised. She allegedly said Megan did this in the past, having sex with men she dated, including DaBaby and Ben.
TMZ reported that George is looking to prove that Kelsey was the one who shot Megan in the foot, claiming the two got into an argument before the incident occurred. His client Tory has been charged with discharging a firearm with gross negligence, in addition to an assault with a semiautomatic firearm and carrying an unregistered firearm in a vehicle charge.
A source told The Shade Room that allegations of Kelsey having any dealings with Ben "are false" because "Kelsey doesn't know him at all." It's also said that Tory called Megan from jail apologizing for what happened.
Megan is reportedly set to testify and provide details surrounding the July 12, 2020 shooting this week. Kelsey will take the stand, as well, as a witness for the prosecution. Kris Jenner's boyfriend Cory Gamble and Kylie will also take the stand, if subpoenaed.
