The Oppenheim Group boss believes that fans of the hit Netflix reality TV series have had enough of seeing his former employee's villainous story on the show.

AceShowbiz - Jason Oppenheim doesn't think that Christine Quinn's exit from "Selling Sunset" is surprising. The Oppenheim Group boss believes that fans of the Netflix reality TV series are already tired of Christine's villainous story on the show.
"I think people were tired of watching that dynamic continue season after season," Jason told Page Six at the launch of the 1060 App in West Hollywood. "So I think, if anything, it's provided a breath of fresh air for the office and for the show."
"It's not the type of drama that I enjoyed being a professional real estate broker," the 45-year-old continued. "I wasn't happy with the types of issues [about Christine] being brought to my attention. I think it ran its course."
Despite everything, Jason wished the best for Christine as he noted that he doesn't have personal issue with his former employee. "I never had my own personal issues with Christine other than the fact that I recognized that she had a lot of other issues with other cast members," he explained. "But I wish her the best and I know she is doing great things, especially in the fashion space."
Since the first season of "Selling Sunset", which aired in 2019, Christine found herself at odds with many of her castmates and fellow luxury real estate agents. Among those who were beefing with the real estate agent were Chrishell Stause, Mary Fitzgerald, Heather Rae Young and Emma Hernan.
Christine's feud with Emma was undoubtedly the biggest one as the latter claimed in season 5 that Christine bribed a client with $5,000 to quit working with the vegan empanada enthusiast. Christine, however, denied the allegations.
Christine eventually "terminated" her contract with the Oppenheim Group and exited "Selling Sunset" to launch RealOpen, her and husband Christian Dumontet's new crypto real estate business. "I terminated my contract when the brokerage launched," the 33-year-old star shared back in May. "I had to make a business decision that was for me, so I had to terminate the contract so I could move it over to my brokerage."
