AceShowbiz - Congratulations are in order for "Vanderpump Rules" stars Scheana Shay and Brock Davies. On Tuesday, August 23, the couple exchanged vows in front of their family and friends at Dreams Natura Resort & Spa in Cancun, Mexico, just a little over a year after their engagement.
For their wedding, the bride looked stunning in custom dress designed by Pol' Atteau. As for the groom, he was dapper while sporting an Art Lewin suit. The newlywed's 1-year-old daughter Summer Moon Honey Davies also participated as she acted as a flower girl, donning a matching Pol' Atteau dress.
Among those who were in attendance at the big day for the pair were their "Vanderpump Rules" co-stars, such as Ariana Madix and Raquel Leviss who were part of Shay's bridal party. Also celebrating the happy day were Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz, who served as two of Brock's groomsmen, Jax Taylor, Brittany Cartwright and Kristen Doute.
"I just wanted us to have a good time with every person who is important to us," Scheana told PEOPLE of their big day. The Bravo personality went on to express how they were happy to "be able to get that time for a few days with all of our friends and family to celebrate us." As for Brock, he said of the Bravolebrity guests, "They're a big part of our life."
Brock's relatives from Australia also flew all the way to Mexico to join the pair at the festivity. "I just wanted as much of Brock's family and friends to be able to be here because, although this is the second marriage for us both, this is his first wedding," Scheana divulged. "For me it was just really important to make this as special as possible for him and his family."
At the nuptials, Scheana's sister Cortney Erin van Olphen served as her maid of honor. Brock, meanwhile, had Charlie Jones as his best man. She reportedly walked down the aisle to a custom remix of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole, mixed by her co-star DJ James Kennedy.
Scheana and Brock, who got engaged in July 2021, revealed that they wanted a summer wedding that would be both "simple" and "stress free." They had also visioned their daughter, who was born in April 2021, serving as their perfect flower girl.
Scheana additionally shared that she saw four locations with her wedding planner before choosing Dreams Natura Resort & Spa as the place where she and Brock would say "I do." She explained, "They had everything I wanted: the glass platform over the pool, a lazy river, a little waterpark. It was family-friendly and it just felt right. We needed something that would be good for her and also fun for our guests."
