AceShowbiz - Kim Zolciak-Biremann's daughter has addressed her recent arrest. After she and her high school boyfriend Hudson McLeroy were busted for DUI in Georgia, Ariana insisted that she's not guilty of the charges.

The 20-year-old addressed her run-in with the law through her lawyer, Justin Spizman. "Ariana was involved in a minor fender bender. When police arrived on scene, the investigating officer immediately initiated an investigation for DUI," the lawyer said in a statement.

"Despite Ariana's constant invocation that she was upset and anxious from the minor accident, the officer incorrectly concluded she was impaired by alcohol. That was not the case," the attorney added. "She wholly denies these allegations and intends to fight these charges because she is not guilty of them."

Ariana and her on-and-off boyfriend Hudson McLeroy were reportedly taken into custody in the early hours of Saturday, August 13. The couple was then booked into Forsyth County, Georgia.

Ariana was charged with three misdemeanors, including driving under the influence of alcohol, improper/erratic lane change and underage possession/purchase of alcohol. Her beau, meanwhile, was busted for allegedly driving under the influence, furnishing alcohol to a minor as well as violating the conditions of his limited driving permit.

Ariana, however, didn't spend a long time in jail. The daughter of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum reportedly has been released from prison after posting a $5,120 bond. It was unveiled that her boyfriend Hudson was bonded out as well.

Ariana and Hudson began dating in high school. In October 2018, she posted a sweet photo of themselves before attending their homecoming dance. Ariana's mom Kim also expressed her approval at the time, writing in the comment section, "Where does the time go?? My angel @arianabiermann is headed to Homecoming with @hudson.mcleroy. Are they not the cutest!!?! They are only a few hours apart and will both turn 17 this week!!"
