AceShowbiz - Travis Scott (II) might not join the line-up of this year's Rolling Loud Miami, but it doesn't mean fans couldn't see him at the festival. The "SICKO MODE" rapper delighted concertgoers on day two after making a surprise during Future's headlining set.
After Travis joined Future onstage at the Saturday, July 23 show, the pair performed their Southside-produced collaborative single "Hold That Heat". Kylie Jenner's baby daddy went on to deliver a medley of his classic hits "Goosebumps", "Antidote" and "No Bystanders".
Just a few days prior, festival co-founder Tariq Cherif declared that Travis wasn't banned from the shows. "We reached out to Travis to headline Rolling Loud, but it couldn't work in such a short time," a spokesperson for the festival said in a statement to TMZ.
"This had nothing to do with any restrictions from the hosting venue Hard Rock Stadium," the rep added. "All artists are in consideration for the event. But, in this case, each situation had logistical challenges and Travis wasn't an option for this upcoming week."
Travis was not the only artist to show up at Rolling Loud Miami. Kanye West previously joined Lil Durk to perform their Cardi B collaboration "Hot S**t" despite his withdrawal. The two emcees also performed a rendition of "Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1" ft. Kid Cudi, who is currently beefing with the Yeezy designer.
Cudi himself was upset after being thrown water bottles during his headlining set. "Throw one more f**king thing on this stage and I'll walk off, I'm not f**king playing. I'm not f**king playing, you will ruin it for everybody," he told the crowd.
"I'll f**king leave If I get hit with one more f**king thing, if I see one more f**king thing on this f**king stage, I'm leaving. Don't f**k with me," Cudi fumed. However, someone threw another item at him shortly afterward, prompting him to drop his mic and walk offstage.
