The 'Alice in Wonderland' actor is pictured arriving for a rehearsal with the red-haired woman ahead of his performance at the Umbria Jazz Festival in Italy.

AceShowbiz - Johnny Depp continues his music gigs with the presence of someone new. The actor/musician has been spotted in Italy, where he's about to perform with fellow rocker Jeff Beck at the Umbria Jazz Festival, with a mystery woman in tow.

The 59-year-old was seen arriving for a rehearsal at the Arena Santa Giuliana on Sunday, July 17 with the mystery red-haired lady. He appeared to be in good spirits as he stepped out of a white car, followed by the redhead beauty closely behind.

Johnny flashed a smile as he wore a white T-shirt, blue jeans and a brown fedora hat with a number of silver necklaces and a pair of aviator sunglasses. He also accessorized with several bracelets and had a black jacket tied around his waist. The Golden Globe-winning actor showed off new look as his naturally unkempt hair appeared a shade lighter than it was before.

As for his female companion, she also had a smile on her face while walking behind Johnny. She donned a green T-shirt and showed off her long legs in a pair of denim shorts with a pair of wedges. She also had a pair of sunglasses tucked in her hair.

It's unclear who the mystery woman was, but she appeared to be cruising with Johnny. One of the photos which circulated online shows her handing out a bag to Johnny which he later carried. Following the rehearsal, he returned to the Brufani hotel in Perugia, where the woman is also reported to be staying.

Johnny was previously caught in dating speculation with one of his attorneys, Camille Vasquez. Addressing the rumors following his victory in the defamation trial against Amber Heard, the attorney told PEOPLE, "It's disappointing that certain outlets kind of ran with it or said that my interactions with Johnny - who is a friend and I've known and represented for four-and-a-half years now - that my interactions in any way were inappropriate or unprofessional. That's disappointing to hear."

Calling the rumors "sexist," Camille added, "It's also an unethical charge being made. It's sexist. It's unfortunate and it's disappointing, but at the same time it kind of comes with the territory. I can't say I was all that surprised."
