During a casual stroll on the beach in Malibu, the 'Don't Look Up' star is photographed having a tense conversation with his longtime girlfriend who looks in distress.

AceShowbiz - Leonardo DiCaprio and Camila Morrone didn't seem to have the best weekend. Despite what was supposed to be a relaxing outing, things seemed to be a little intense between the couple during a beach stroll.

The twosome was caught in some snaps taken by paparazzi while having a long walk on the beach in Malibu over the weekend. In the images obtained by Page Six, Camila, in particular, didn't seem to be in the best mood that day.

The model was visibly upset as she walked side by side with the actor along the shore. She was caught making a furrowed facial expression and grand gesture with her hand while Leo appeared to listen intently and kept his gaze toward the ground.

At another moment, the pair were seen holding hands and staring at one another. Being an attentive boyfriend, the "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" star later faced his seemingly distressed girlfriend and tried to comfort her by planting a kiss on her forehead. He rested his arms gently atop her shoulders as she stood facing him with her arms by her side and her eyes closed.

For the casual outing, the twosome went color-coordinated with their outfits. Leo sported a white plain T-shirt and tan drawstring shorts with a baseball cap, which he wore backward. He also had a pair of sunglasses on.

As for Camila, she also opted for muted-colored clothing with a beige crewneck sweater over a translucent caftan cover-up. She accessorized with a white choker and let her long straight brown hair loose as it was blown by the wind. The two went barefoot during the sandy stroll.

Leo and Camila have been dating since 2017. While they are notoriously private about their relationship, the model opened up about dating a Hollywood A-lister when sitting down with WSJ magazine for her Young Hollywood Portfolio feature.

"More exposure leads to more judgment and negativity," she confided to the magazine in 2020. "It's a little bit of a bummer because you're really trying to do good work and be nice and be a good person, and in the meantime...people wish negative things upon you."

Despite the backlash she received for her large age-gap romance with the 47-year-old actor, the "Mickey and the Bear" actress tried to not let the negativity wear her down. "It would never take away the joy of the craft that I get to do," the 24-year-old beauty explained at the time.
