While it will be the first time for the Cuban-born singer to join the judging panel, she was previously tapped as an advisor to John Legend's team on the latest season of the show.

AceShowbiz - Camila Cabello will make her reality TV judging debut soon. The former Fifth Harmony member announced on TikTok that she will join Blake Shelton, John Legend and Gwen Stefani on the judging panel of "The Voice" season 22.

In a clip shared on Sunday, May 15, the Cuban-born songstress was seen belting out Mika's "Grace Kelly" alongside Blake, John and Gwen. In the caption of the post, the 25-year-old declared, "See you this fall #TheVoice."

Camila joined the new lineup to replace Kelly Clarkson, who has served as a coach for the last eight seasons of the NBC singing competition show. The former "American Idol" winner has yet to address her departure, but a source claimed she exited the show because she wants to spend more time with her two childrem, 7-year-old River and 5-year-old Remington.

"While Kelly hasn't announced it publicly yet, she's done with the red chair. She's quit," a television insider told OK! Magazine. "She has shifted mindset. After her divorce from (husband) Brandon (Blackstock), Kelly has decided she needs to prioritize her kids. There's only so much she can do. Something had to give. That something was The Voice."

As for Camila, she was previously tapped as an advisor to John's team on the latest season of "The Voice". Speaking about her work, John gushed in an interview with Extra, "Camila has all the experience she needs to be the perfect advisor for our team. She has navigated a singing competition before and done very well on it."

"She was part of a group, and in this battle setting, where the artists are dueting with each other, that's a very important skill to have," he added. "And obviously, she's an incredibly successful artist and performer in her own right, and all the things she's learned throughout these years are going to be so important for our team."
