The 'Flavor of Love 2' winner looks different in a new Instagram video, prompting some people to allege that she has gone under the knife to change her face.

AceShowbiz - Deelishis is marking a new chapter in her life with a physical transformation. As she's ready to regain her single status following her split from Raymond Santana, the model has debuted a shocking new look on social media.
On Tuesday, April 26, the 44-year-old made use of her Instagram account to show off her stunning transformation. She rocked a black crop top and camouflage pants with a black belt to accentuate her curves.
She also looked different with lighter hair. She traded her raven hair for blonde locks which were kept straight and let loose. In the clip, she struck seductive poses while pouting her lips to the camera.
The comment section was soon flooded with praises over her new look. "she slimmed DOWN," one person pointed out. Another raved, "FUX'N FABULOUS." A third exclaimed, "GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" while another said she's "looking good."
Some others almost couldn't recognize her with her new look. "Is that you @iamsodeelishis," one person asked in disbelief. Another commented, "Damn..what a transformation." One other added, "I didn't even recognize her at first, hey D!" while someone else thought "she looks like Erica Mena in that video."
Others were meaner, accusing Deelishis of getting plastic surgery to get her new look. "that's not the same person wtf," one person remarked. Another thought it was too much as saying, "This is scary. I'm all for plastic surgery but where do you stop. This is a completely different person."
"I can't believe she tried to say that new nose look was due to contour, girl you f**king tried it lmaooooooooo," another critic accused, while someone else alleged, "These folks get whole head transplants. Sheesh."
Begging to differ, someone said it was "more like photoshop." Agreeing, another said, "Her face is the same from FOL. She obviously abuses photoshop n filters."
Deelishis has not responded to the plastic surgery accusations, but she has been documenting her weight loss journey on Instagram. Back in March, she posted a before-and-after video after she dropped 40 lbs.
In the caption, she explained her decision to start her weight loss journey. "When people ask why I decided to lose weight and why I chose @shopboujeehippie to take me through this journey… here's the reason It looks, feels, taste and is just better when it's HEALTHY ‼️" she wrote.
