A fan of the 'Easy On Me' hitmaker, who tearfully announced the postponement less than a day before the show, reveals that she's not getting full refunds from Caesars Palace as she's trying to cancel within 24 hours of the first night.

AceShowbiz - Adele's fans were outraged following her sudden Las Vegas residency cancellation. The "Easy On Me" hitmaker was slammed by her fans after some of them were not receiving full refunds from Caesars Palace, which was hosting the event.
Initially, Caesars Palace claimed that the ticket holders will receive a full refund for their rooms. However, one of those who didn't receive full refunds from the hotel spilled to Daily Mail that they couldn't get their money back because they're trying to cancel within 24 hours of the first night.
Dawn Sinko, a designer from Los Angeles, spent nearly $4,000 on tickets and $1,500 on a room at Caesars for three nights. She confirmed to the outlet that the hotel has agreed to refund her for the second and third night but not the first. "This is just insanity. I'd understand if it was a different hotel but it's the hotel where the event that was canceled is happening," so she said.
Dawn, who described herself as a "die-hard fan" of the 33-year-old chart-topper, insisted that she could never "hate" her idol. However, Dawn said she isn't buying the story that the show was canceled because of "crew" sickness or delivery delays.
"If Adele knew she was canceling, why did she wait until the last second? It still would have been horrible but even two or three days earlier would have made a difference," Dawn criticized. "I was packed and checked in for my flight, and I'm by no means the worst case."
Dawn claimed that she paid $877 per ticket for four tickets to attend the first show. She further stressed that she didn't mind spending extra to get to opening night, which would no doubt have been "really special."
"I want to see her of course... the only thing I don't understand is… if you took a poll among fans, we would have been just as happy if she came out and sang on an empty stage with a piano," Dawn added. "It's not like it's Pink and she's flying through the air. She could have come out in sweats. We just want to hear her sing."
Dawn went on saying that "something is up." She continued, "I know she has epic stage fright, so is it stage fright? I was due to see her at the Greek for my birthday before and she canceled because of a throat thing," adding that she doesn't "believe what [Adele] is saying."
Other fans, in the meantime, took to social media to share their suspicions. "Doesn't make sense, does it? 24 concerts canceled in Las Vegas when perhaps only the first few weeks could have been postponed. More going on here than people are being told," one fan said.
"Lies. Are you seriously telling us the big companies behind these shows couldn't pick up a phone and get extra staff to work with #Adele? Look at her, pretending to cry and even left off her makeup to make it look real! Bet she won't refund tickets, hotels or flights though," another chimed in. Meanwhile a third tweeted, "A day before? Girl just say your throat hurts," referring to the fact that Adele canceled numerous shows in 2011 to have throat surgery.
Adele announced her show postponement less than 24 hours ahead of the opening night. In a tearful video she shared on her Instagram page, she said, "We've been awake for over 30 hours now trying to figure it out, and we've run out of time." The "Turning Tables" singer added, "I'm so upset, and I'm really embarrassed and I'm so sorry to everyone that's traveled."
"We're going to reschedule all of the dates, we're on it right now and I'm gonna finish my show and get it to where it's supposed to be," Adele promised her fans. The Grammy-winning artist continued, "We've been up against so much and it just ain't ready. I'm really sorry."
