AceShowbiz - Khloe Kardashian is once again criticized for failing to address the Astroworld tragedy. The reality TV star, who has remained silent on the deadly music festival held by Travis Scott (II), has been blasted online after seemingly weighing in on the Kyle Rittenhouse verdict.
The Good American founder was apparently appalled by the acquittal of the 18-year-old teen, who fatally shot two men and wounded another during the unrest in Kenosha back in August 2020. "Speechless and disgusted!!" she tweeted on Saturday, November 20.
Khloe didn't give a clear context as to what her comment was about, but it came a day after Kyle was found not guilty in the shooting deaths of Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber and the wounding of Gaige Grosskreutz.
People soon took the chance to call out Khloe for her zero response to the Astroworld tragedy. "What are u referring to? The innocent lives that were lost at Travis's concert, or….????" one critic reacted to the reality TV star's tweet.
Another reminded her, "There are people that died in travis scott concert . We're not gonna forget about them. Sorry !! …" A third said, "About Astroworld? So are we!" Someone else wrote, "Astroworld? Self created drama? A trial you didn't watch? So many options."
Khloe previously came under fire for posting some sexy pictures of herself in the wake of the deadly music festival that left 10 people dead and many others injured. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" alum got dragged by Internet users, with one calling her a "queen of avoiding issues." They questioned the timing of the post as the 37-year-old is the sister of Kylie Jenner, who is currently expecting her second child with Travis.
While Khloe remains mum on the Astroworld tragedy, her sisters Kylie, Kendall Jenner, who was at the festival with Kylie at the time, and Kim Kardashian have all expressed their condolences to the victims on social media.
