AceShowbiz - Andy Cohen made some revelations a new book. The executive producer of Bravo's "Real Housewives" franchises shared in Dave Quinn's "Housewives" tell-all book "Not All Diamonds and Rose" that Bravo paid for Kim Richards' rehab for alcoholism back in 2011.

"When it was clear that it was a real problem, we wanted to be responsible and we didn't want to put her in a situation where anything could be exacerbated," Andy claimed in the book. "We considered her family and wanted to work with her to get her better. Bravo paid for her rehab."

Additionally, "RHOBH" executive producer Kathleen French said in the book, "Kim had mostly kept her s**t together through Season 1. Season 2 was the beginning of the spiral down."

Kim's alcoholism was featured heavily in season 2 of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills". At the time, she often missed cast gatherings, leading others, including sister Kyle Richards, to call her out for her behavior. "You act like an insane person," Kyle said in season 1 finale of the reality show. "You are a liar and sick and an alcoholic. That's right. I said it and now everybody knows."

Co-star Brandi Glanville even accused Kim of doing "crystal meth in the bathroom all night" during a game night with other Housewives. The former Disney star denied the claim. Later in Kim's first interview with Andy following her rehab, she admitted, "I'm an alcoholic. I am an alcoholic."

Kim went back to rehab after she was arrested in April 2015 for allegedly going on a drunken rampage at the Beverly Hills Hotel. "I love sobriety," Kim told Entertainment Tonight in July 2015. "I've always loved sobriety and relapsing was very hard for me. I really wanted to go to treatment because I needed a break from what I was going through at home."
