The 'Full House' alum and her fashion designer husband are optimist that the judge will give them a travel pass as they note that they've been abiding by the terms of their supervised release after getting out of prison.

AceShowbiz - Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli are planning to head to Cabo in November. As the convicted couple need to get the all clear from court, they have filed legal docs asking for permission to take a week-long trip to San Jose del Cabo.
According to TMZ, the pair mention in the docs that they are going to Cabo to attend a wedding. It is also stated that they plan to go from November 5 to November 12.
The couple is optimist that the judge will give them a travel pass as they note that they've been abiding by the terms of their supervised release after getting out of prison. The actress also cites the $150k fine which she paid as part of her sentence in addition to the community service that she had done.
As for Mossimo, the fashion designer claims that he has paid his $250k fine. He also states in the legal documents that he is making progress on the community service.
It is high likely that the pair will be allowed to travel to Cabo since a judge previously approved them to go to Cabo back in June for the exact same reasoning. U.S. District Judge Denise J. Casper signed off on the disgraced couple's pleas on Thursday, May 20. Insider further reported that the 56-year-old actress and the fashion designer were allowed to spend time with their family in San Jose del Cabo from June 16 to June 21.
The legal papers, which they filed a week prior, read, "Ms. Loughlin has remained in compliance during her term of supervised release. According to the Central District of California, Ms. Loughlin has presented respectfully and cooperatively in all interactions with her Probation Officer."
Lori and Mossimo pleaded guilty to paying $500,000 bribe to get their daughters Olivia Jade Giannulli and Isabella Rose Giannulli accepted into the University of Southern California. The Rebecca Donaldson-Katsopolis depicter on "Full House" was slapped with a two-month prison sentence, a $150,000 fine and 150 hours of community service. As for the Mossimo founder, he received five months in jail, a $250,000 fine as well as 250 hours of community service.
Lori was released from the Federal Correctional Institution in Dublin, California in late December 2020. Mossimo was then released from Federal Correctional Institution in Lompoc in early April this year.
