AceShowbiz - "The Voice" season 21 returned with a new episode on Tuesday, October 12 which featured Night 2 of the Battle Rounds. The new outing kicked off with Jershika Maple revealing her decision as John Legend and Ariana Grande pushed their steal buttons for her after Kelly Clarkson chose Jeremy over Jershika in last episode.

Eventually, Jershika picked John as her new coach. Later, Team Blake Shelton's Lana and Hailey hit the stage to sing "Girl" by Maren Morris. Blake then named Hailey as the winner of the battle, but he also decided to save Lana from elimination.

In montage, Libianca from Team Blake could be seen defeating Tommy after a performance of "Save Your Tears" by The Weeknd. Meanwhile, Caroline was sent home as Kelly chose to keep Xavier on her team following their performance of "Telepati" by Kali Uchis.

Katherine and Vaughn from Team Ariana then took the stage to sing "Dilemma" by Nelly and Kelly Rowland. Both singers were impressive with John and Blake leaning toward Katherine. Meanwhile, Kelly would chose Vaughn. However, Ariana was the one who made the final decision. After much consideration, Ari announced Katherine as the winner of the battle. Unfortunately, Vaughn was sent home as none of the judges stole him.

Rounding out the night were Brittany and Samara from Team John. They offered such an epic performance of "Giving Him Something He Can Feel" as all the coaches stood up with excitement during their performance. Kelly noted that it actually didn't matter who John picked as the winner because she was determined to steal the other one.

It was a hard choice for John but he eventually named Brittany as the winner. Kelly and Ariana quickly hit their steal buttons to get Samara on their respective teams, but John didn't let go of Samara because he pushed the save button. Samara had to decide whether she would stay on Team John or pick a new team with either Ariana or Kelly. Samara eventually decided to be back to Team John.
