AceShowbiz - Patrick Mahomes' fiancee Brittany Matthews has always got his back. On Sunday, October 10, the trainer took to her Twitter account to weigh in on the rough game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Buffalo Bills.

After the Chiefs was ultimately defeated with 38-20 that brought their season record to 2-3, Brittany tweeted, "Refs are never in our favor." The 26-year-old went on to add in a separate tweet, "Ever."

The tweet didn't sit well with one Chiefs fan, who replied, "Girl. I need you to stop. This was my team long before Patrick was here. It's not giving the org a good look. Chiefs are bigger than you, me or any one player."

Brittany fired back in a new tweet, writing, "In the nicest way possible… Shut up."Further defending the football quarterback, Brittany clapped back at upset fans in another tweet, writing, "I said what I said. Y'all so mad."

It's not the first time for Brittany to clap back at critics. Last month, she responded to an Instagram troll who suggested she doesn't have a career because of her NFL WAG status. "She most definitely twenty years from now is gonna be on some real house wifes of athletes type of show because for real what does she actually do besides just being the wife and mother of Pat Macs child.. like really why is she relevant," the troll wrote.

In response to that, Brittany replied, "and you follow me why?"

Brittany is a former collegiate and pro soccer player as she briefly played at UT Tyler and the Icelandic pro team UMF Afturelding. In December 2020, she announced she became co-owner of professional women's soccer team Kansas City NWSL. It is a new team expansion under an ownership group which was led by Chris Long, the founder of Palmer Square Capital Management, and his wife, Angie.
