AceShowbiz - Jeremy Renner's ex-wife is tired of being constantly bullied by him. Days after the actor playing Hawkeye in the Marvel Cinematic Universe accused her of misappropriating their daughter's trust fund, Sonni Pacheco responded to his allegations with a lengthy statement, blaming him for muting the truth.

"I am sick of being continually bullied, having my name slandered, and the truth muted," the 29-year-old told PEOPLE. "Anyone, who is a parent knows that the most important thing in the world is their child's health and safety. Over the years it's hard to fathom what I've seen and what people have told me they've seen in regards to Jeremy's disturbing actions while our child is in his care."

"Unfortunately, these actions have landed me in a position to need to retain legal support, undergo a child custody evaluation, and now have a plan parent coordinator," she continued. "It is hard for me to stay muted because, after all this time, money, and energy spent putting safety measures in place to keep our daughter safe while once again in Jeremy's care, these measures are still being violated as of today."

Renner has filed new court documents against Pacheco on Tuesday, May 12. In it, the 49-year-old actor suggested that in the span of less than two years, his ex-wife had managed to transfer almost $50,000 from their 7-year-old daughter Ava's account to her personal one.

His court documents read, "In an email to Mr. Renner’s business manager, Jeffrey Jacobs, dated April 23, 2019, [Pacheco] admitted transferring funds from the minor’s trust account to her personal account in violation of the Court’s Order, stating: 'The money transfers to my bank were to keep my afloat/provide [the minor] Christmas presents/birthday gift bags and essentials for her bday party - after all my savings were spent on lawyers/child custody evaluator.' "

Not stopping there, the "Avengers: Endgame" actor further alleged Pacheco told Jacobs months later that she withdrew more than $10,000 from the account for pay for her property taxes. He additionally noted that she used $20,000 to pay her attorney's fees in August 2019, and another $12,000 in September the same year for the same reason.

Renner and Pacheco got married in January 2014, a little over nine months after she gave birth to their daughter. In December the same year, she filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. They have since been locked in bitter custody battle as they fought to strip each other of custody rights.

In October 2019, it was uncovered that Pacheco accused Renner of posing a gun threat to their daughter. She claimed that he threatened to kill her in November 2018 while high on drink and drugs. She added that he turned the gun on himself before firing it to the ceiling of their home while their daughter was sleeping.
