The 'Suge' rapper has gotten entangled in a legal battle with Marjorie Guaracho after she took issue with her appearance in his party and sex-themed video for 'Vibez'.

AceShowbiz - Rising rapper DaBaby has agreed to settle a lawsuit with a video model he accused of extortion.

Marjorie Guaracho was among a group of beauties hired by bosses at a third party production company last September (2019) to feature in background footage used for the "Suge" hitmaker's party and sex-themed video for the track "Vibez".

However, when the promo was released in October, she fired off a legal notice to the hip-hop star's label bosses at Interscope Records, claiming her likeness had been stolen as she demanded damages in excess of $75,000 (£58,100).

She also took issue with the appearance for making it seem as if she "endorses pornography," but DaBaby hit back with a countersuit, insisting all participating models had been informed of the video's concept ahead of time, and had signed a release in exchange for payment.

He was seeking undisclosed damages of his own, but it seems the case will no longer be fought out in court, as the two parties have reached a deal to resolve the spat.

According to The Blast, the terms of the agreement have not been completely revealed, although Guaracho acknowledges the rapper owns the "full and complete rights" to use her image in the "Vibez" promo.
