The 'Suge' hip-hop star won't be charged in the alleged altercation at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport after the law enforcement withdrew the warrant.

AceShowbiz - Rapper DaBaby won't be charged for an alleged brawl at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport last month.

The "Suge" hitmaker, real name Jonathan Lyndale Kirk, was taken into custody by Miami, Florida police officers earlier this month, after members of his entourage were allegedly caught on camera jumping a man and stealing his money.

DaBaby, who was charged with battery, was held without bond following his arrest, due to an active warrant in Dallas. However, Dallas cops went on to withdraw the warrant, without explanation, and TMZ has now reported prosecutors will not file charges against the star.

The rapper and a friend were accused of attacking a food stand employee at the location, however DaBaby's lawyer, Michael Heiskell, apparently presented video evidence to the Tarrant County district attorney, showing his client didn't commit the assault.

Subsequently, the star has been dropped from the enquiries, and the 28-year-old was freed on Saturday, January 4 after posting $1,500 bail.

It's not all good for DaBaby, however, as his alleged victim in the Florida attack, a concert promoter known only as Kenneth, has vowed to sue the musician, after he apparently turned violent when the man showed up with $20,000 of a promised $30,000 fee for a private party, and was told he'd receive the rest of the money once the bash was over.

Kenneth sought medical treatment due to the extent of his injuries.
