AceShowbiz - Nick Young is engaged to his high school sweetheart Keonna Green. The 34-year-old basketball star popped the big question on Christmas Day with the help of their oldest son Nick Jr. He presented her with a "big rock" while the young boy captured the moment on camera.
The family wore matching festive pajamas. He got down on one knee in front of Keonna who sat down while holding their youngest child on her lap. They ended with a sweet kiss after she said yes. "We did it son!" the newly engaged athlete said while grinning from ear to ear.
The couple posted loved up photos on Instagram where the bride-to-be showed off her new ring. "Merry Christmas.... @keonnanecole Said Yes!!!!! Aye Christmas to remember for the young family," the NBA player wrote in the caption.
Nick also shared videos of his two children getting their Christmas presents that included new bikes and action figures. "Are you ready for Christmas?!" he asked the kids who answered with a loud "yes." His third child carried by his fiancee was still too young to understand.
Nick Young has been in an on-and-off relationship with Keonna Green for years. He kept seeing her during his engagement to Iggy Azalea in 2015. After he was caught on camera admitting to the affair and Iggy dumped him, Keonna announced she was pregnant with his second child.
In 2017, Keonna joined "Basketball Wives" in an effort to shake off her image as a "side chick." She said, "I think I have this bad image when it comes to, when people hear my name. So I feel like now that people have had a chance to see me on television, people's opinions of me have changed a little bit."
The couple announced they were expecting their third child in March this year. "Just say congrats we dnt need the negativity around my lil one we're happy let us be happy," Nick told his followers. They welcomed baby boy Nyce in July.
