The former Los Angeles Lakers star threatens to file a lawsuit following allegations that he stole a Kobe Bryant tribute T-shirt design and passed it off as his own.

AceShowbiz - Nick Young threatened to sue following accusations that he stole a T-shirt design featuring the late Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna. The former Los Angeles Lakers player vehemently denied any wrongdoings on Twitter.

The basketball star informed his online followers he's going to take a page out of 50 Cent's book, "You no what imma take the 50 cent and no chill Gil Approach in life for now on lol I'm suing ppl now, no more fighting online in person .. it's a lot of ppl my lawyer will be callin y'all."

He continued his threat in the next post and named-dropped the rapper again, "We live in a world where ppl can say what they want and it's no consequence ... so instead of trying to prove ppl wrong I said to myself what would 50 cent do in this situation lol. Sue ..."

The drama started when the T-shirt designer complained about Nick promoting the T-shirt under his fashion banner, Mosthated, without crediting him. The man posted screenshots that showed the athlete blocked him on Instagram after getting a free T-shirt from him.

The designer said he's selling the T-shirt with the proceeds going to Kobe's sports foundation, Mamba and Mambacita. However, Nick accused the man of profiting off Kobe's death and chasing clout by tagging him on social media.
