During the episode of 'The Howard Stern Show', the 65-year-old TV host accuses Simon Cowell, who serves as a judge and executive producer of 'AGT', of having 'orchestrated' Gabrielle's firing.

AceShowbiz - More celebrities are weighing on the firing of Gabrielle Union from "America's Got Talent" for complaining about its "toxic" working environment. On Monday, December 2, Howard Stern took to his show "The Howard Stern Show" to blast Simon Cowell, who serves as judge as well as executive producer of the NBC talent competition show.

During the episode, the 65-year-old TV host accused Simon of having "orchestrated" Gabrielle's firing. "How is it that Simon Cowell has orchestrated this?" he said. "He sets it up that the men stay, no matter how ugly they are, no matter how old they are, no matter how fat they are, no matter how talentless they are."

Howard, who was also a judge on "AGT" for four seasons from 2012 through 2015, continued, "But what he manages to do on all his shows is he constantly replaces the hot chicks with hotter chicks and younger chicks. Which is so obvious."

Jay Leno also expressed his opinion on the drama. He showed support for Gabrielle during an interview with TMZ on Sunday, December 1. "I love Gabrielle Union, she's a great girl," Jay told the paparazzo. "I really enjoyed working with her she's really good. She's good."

When asked whether he thought if the "Think Like a Man" actress was treated fairly, Jay responded, "I don't know, I wasn't -- you know, I don't know," before adding, "but I think she's a great girl."

Gabrielle, who was let go from "AGT" alongside Julianne Hough after one season, was said to be ruffling feathers by looking out for the staff and crew and wanting to maintain a healthy work environment for those on and off camera. It was also said that she received multiple notes over her "too black" hair styles and got an argument with Simon over his smoking habit.

However, NBC and Freemantle insisted in their statement that Gabrielle was let go from the show because they're just rotating a judge out to keep the talent show fresh. However, previous reports claimed she ruffled feathers by looking out for the staff and crew and wanting to maintain a healthy work environment for those on and off camera.

The "Bring It On" actress wasn't impressed with the apology. She retweeted this message, "A solid apology comes in three parts. 1. Sincerely admit wrong doing directly to the offended party. 2. Be twice as loud correcting your mistake as you were making the mistake. 3. Lay out steps to correct your behavior in the future. Anything less is covering your own a**." Along with it was a meme of Oprah Winfrey saying, "I will not accept that."

It was also said that she was considering to take legal actions against the Peacock network.
