In a clip she shared on social media, the Posh Spice is seen joined by Romeo Beckham as they dance to her girl group's 1997 hit 'Spice Up Your Life' in the family kitchen.

AceShowbiz - Victoria Beckham a.k.a. Victoria Adams relived her Spice Girls heyday on Monday, December 02 by performing a mini dance routine for Instagram.

The singer-turned-fashion designer sat out the recent Spice Girls reunion tour to focus on her namesake clothing brand and her busy home life as a mother-of-four, but that doesn't mean she's forgotten her moves, as she demonstrated in a fun clip on social media - filmed in the comfort of her family kitchen.

Victoria, aka Posh Spice, recruited her second son Romeo Beckham, 17, for the trip down memory lane as they danced to the girl group's 1997 hit "Spice Up Your Life".

"Not the average day in the kitchen... @romeobeckham," the star captioned the footage.

Victoria's followers were thrilled by the post, including actress Reese Witherspoon, who gleefully commented, "YESSS (sic)!!"

The video emerges months after her former bandmates Emma Bunton, Melanie C a.k.a. Mel C, Melanie Brown a.k.a. Mel B, and Geri Halliwell wrapped up their run of U.K. reunion gigs.

Earlier this year (2019), Victoria admitted it wasn't hard to say no to the concerts, because her pop days are long gone.

However, she insisted, "I'll always be a Spice Girl and I'm so proud of everything I achieved; I'm proud of them."
