The 'Lose You to Love Me' singer is caught on camera wobbling and struggling to steady herself at the American Music Awards where she delivers an off-key performance.

AceShowbiz - Selena Gomez looked drunk at the recent American Music Awards. In a newly-unearthed video, the singer walked at the red carpet while staggering. At one point, she almost fell down but fortunately there was a railing nearby to steady herself.
The former Disney actress rocked shoulder-length bob hair and wore a lime strapless mini dress from Versace's spring 2020 collection on the AMAs red carpet. The 27-year-old brunette star finished off her look with matching satin pumps and diamond necklace.
She later changed into a black form-fitting gown with a high neck and long sleeves for her performance. She ripped off her black dress to reveal a crystal bodysuit by Dior underneath. She sang her new breakup song "Lose You to Love Me" which was reportedly inspired by her former on-and-off boyfriend Justin Bieber.
Her performance was critically panned for being off-key. In response to the criticisms, a source claimed she had "panic attack" before she took the stage. "She just got nervous because it's been 2 years since she's been on stage like that and she knew all her friends were watching her," the source claimed.
Despite her health issues, Selena Gomez admitted in the past that she had drinking problem. She received kidney transplant in 2017 from her friend Francia Raisa due to complications from lupus. Both girls had tough recovery with Selena suffering from complications and Francia going through depression as she was back to work only weeks after the surgery while she was still in so much pain.
The two friends, who got close after their first meeting in 2007, reportedly had a feud later on when Francia unfollowed Selena on social media. Rumor has it, Francia was disappointed at Selena for not taking care of her new kidney as the latter continued to drink alcohol.
However, they have seemingly mended their relationship. Just recently, Francia gushed over Selena's red carpet appearance at the "Frozen II" premiere where she wore matching dresses with her little sister. "Omg! My heart right now," Francia commented on Selena's post on Instagram.
