AceShowbiz - Who would've thought that Michelle Rodriguez, whose character Letty Ortiz always appears to be bright in the "Fast & Furious" films, had several run-ins with the law due to her alcoholism. She was charged for hit and run and drunken driving in 2003, and was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, community service, a three-month alcohol program, and three years of probation.
Two years later, in 2005, the 41-year-old actress got caught drunk driving again while filming TV series "Lost" in Honolulu, Hawaii. This violated her L.A. probation, and she was sentenced to six months in jail. But thanks to overcrowding, she was released from jail on the same day she entered. Michelle was also ordered to complete a 30-day alcohol rehabilitation program, and another 30 days of community service.
