To air on new digital platform Quibi, 'Nikki Fre$h' will see the former star of 'The Simple Life' working alongside her husband, rocker Joel Madden, and his twin brother Benji.

AceShowbiz - Nicole Richie is set to show off her rapper alter ego in a new comedy series.
The former reality TV star will take on the title role in "Nikki Fre$h", in which she will meet with real-life health experts and comedically discuss ways viewers can improve their lives and help the planet - all while spitting socially conscious and educational rhymes, reports Deadline.
The show will air on new digital platform Quibi, with Richie serving as an executive producer.
She will also be working alongside her husband, rocker Joel Madden, and his twin brother Benji Madden as officials at their MDDN company have been hired to oversee the music for the project.
Richie has since taken to Instagram to celebrate the news by sharing a screenshot of the Deadline article, alongside an image of herself in character.
In the accompanying caption, she teased, "Ready to dance your a** off to music about organic fruits, vegetables, chickens & bees? Because i am. @quibi #NikkiFresh".
A release date has yet to be announced.
