AceShowbiz - Serena Williams has praised Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex as one of the best friends a person can possibly ask for.
The tennis champion marvels at how former "Suits" actress Meghan has continued to stay loyal to their years-long friendship since marrying Prince Harry and becoming a British royal last year.
"I just really think she's the strongest - literally the strongest - person I know and the nicest (and) sweetest," Serena gushed to Access Hollywood.
Meghan, who became a first-time mum after welcoming son Archie in May, even hopped on a last-minute flight from London to New York to see Serena play at the U.S. Open Final match in September and lend support to her friend.
"She flew all the way with a newborn to see me play in New York and flew all the way back that night, and I probably couldn't have done that," Serena shared. "And that's just one of the many things that she does for me. I call her, text her anytime, crying, upset - she's always there. Doesn't matter what she's going through, she just sets time away, and she's just so amazing."
