The rapper's motion is a response to a case by Eliza Seraphine a.k.a. Eliza Reign, who claims to have a daughter with the 'Mask Off' spitter and asks for child support and custody from him.

AceShowbiz - Future stands by his statement that he's not the father of the daughter of a Florida woman named Eliza Seraphine. According to a new report, the rapper is asking judge to dismiss the paternity lawsuit which was previously filed by his alleged baby mama.

In the court documents obtained by The Blast, Future accuses Eliza of "fraud upon the court." His response clearly sees that he vehemently denied sharing a daughter with Eliza.

Future's motion is a response to a case by Eliza, who claims to have a child with the "Mask Off" spitter. She filed documents in Broward County, Florida court, asking for a paternity case against the musician. In her lawsuit, the Haitian Goddess is also seeking child support and custody.

Also known as Eliza Reign, she previously asked for financial help to keep fighting Future in court. She reportedly asked a Florida judge to find her "indigent" which means she isn't able to afford to pay court fees. After reviewing her financial records, the court indeed found that she was "indigent."

This arrives after Future called out a female fan who claimed that he slid into her DM. It all started after the fan posted on Twitter on October 11 a screenshot of her getting a message from Future on Instagram. "It's official I'm a BAD B***H," so the said fan wrote alongside the screencap.

After the post went viral, Future took to his account to clarify this issue, saying that he only reacted to one of her Stories because she mentioned him in the post. "Y'all h**s sooo cap... my last time exposing a fan, the blogs over react to everything," he said along with a screencap of their DM.

Later, the Atlanta native posted another screenshot of their chat in which he blamed her for causing this issue. "U see the mess u caused u still got that s**t up on your page after all that backlash," he told the fan, adding, "It's mad corny sweetie. Take it down."
