When asked how she feels about Katy's huge paycheck on the revived singing competition, the 'Cold Hearted' singer has nothing but love for the 'Dark Horse' hitmaker.

AceShowbiz - Paula Abdul has no ill feelings towards Katy Perry over her $25 million "American Idol" pay cheque.

The star worked on the hit Fox series from 2002 to 2009, before being replaced by comedian Ellen DeGeneres - who only lasted one season on the panel.

While the show was initially axed back in 2016, ABC revived it last year with singers Katy Perry, Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan on the panel. And while some were surprised by "Dark Horse" hitmaker Katy's mammoth $25 million fee for her role, Paula is all for it.

“Well, good for her! Good for her! Why not?" Paula said during an appearance on TV show "Watch What Happens Live".

"Good for you for not being bitter about it," host Andy Cohen chimed in, to which the "Straight Up" star quipped, "I take it out on my chihuahuas behind the scenes."

However, Paula insisted she's totally on board with the reboot, adding: "I've seen a couple episodes. Both Katy and Lionel (Richie) are friends and I love them."

According to reports, the singer could be set to star alongside her former "Idol" co-judge Simon Cowell for his upcoming U.K. show "The X Factor: All Stars", replacing Nicole Scherzinger on the panel. The show is set to debut later this year.
