AceShowbiz - It's been more than a year since 21 Savage and Amber Rose ended their relationship, but it appears the former has yet to completely moved on from his ex-girlfriend. Savage recently collaborated with Jhene Aiko and Summer Walker on a remix for the 31-year-old singer's "Triggered", and his verse on the song has successfully made fans convinced that he's rapping about Amber.
The particular lyrics that people believe are about the former stripper find Savage rapping, "I went against the world when they shamed you/ I was ready to go to war when it pertained to you." This lead them to speculate that the rapper might be referring to Amber's annual SlutWalk, an event that combats slut shaming. Back when they were still dating, Savage joined her at the event, though he was trolled for attending.
Elsewhere on the song, Savage spits, "How you leave a real n***a for a lame dude? I did things with that p***y that he can't do," seemingly taking a jab at Amber's ongoing romance with Alexander "AE" Edwards. The couple is currently expecting their first child together.
Soon after listening to the new song, people began taking to social media to let their speculation be known. "21 Savage miss Amber," a user wrote, along with a picture of the lyrics. "I can't believe the way 21 savage snapped on that triggered remix. I mean everybody went off but I was shocked at his verse because I would've never thought to put him on the feature. I wonder if that was about Amber Rose," another said.
Someone else joked, "Amber Rose must've hurt 21 Savage. N***a spazzed and was actually on beat," while an individual blasted him, "Bruh you really mad a song crying for Amber Rose.. She pregnant fam walk away..."
Savage and Amber started dating in 2017, before the latter confirmed their split a year later during a radio show.
