Ontario Police confirm a woman, who was critically injured in the accident on Saturday night, passed away on Tuesday as a result of her horrific injuries.

AceShowbiz - Two people were killed in a fatal boat crash involving "Shark Tank" star Kevin O'Leary. A woman, who was critically injured in the accident on Saturday night, passed away on Tuesday, August 27 as a result of her horrific injuries sustained in the incident, Ontario Police have confirmed.

TMZ reveals the female victim's identity as 48-year-old Susanne Brito. Meanwhile, the other person who was killed in the accident has been revealed as Gary Poltash, a 64-year-old man from Florida. Three other passengers were also injured, but they have been released after receiving treatment at a hospital.

Previously, it was reported that the female victim was on a ventilator with significant brain damage. Kevin said in a statement released on Tuesday after news of the boat accident broke, "Out of respect for the families who have lost loved ones and to fully support the ongoing investigation, I feel it is inappropriate to make further comments at this time. My thoughts are with all the families affected."

Kevin also admitted he was on board the small vessel, which was involved in the accident in Lake Joseph on Saturday, August 24 at around 11:30 P.M. His boat reportedly roamed into a larger boat, sending the smaller boat over its bow, fatally striking a male passenger in the head and killing him instantly.

The Canadian businessman's wife Linda was driving the boat at the time of the crash. She was administered a DUI test that night and passed. The 65-year-old reality TV star, however, denied the claim that his boat immediately left the scene. He said it was the other boat which fled the scene and had no navigation lights on.

Kevin believes that there's a video that captures the area of the lake where the collision happened and is looking to obtain the video to prove that the navigation lights on the other boat were not on. However, sources connected to the other boat owner insist the navigation lights on that boat were on at the time of the collision.
