AceShowbiz - Celebrities gathered at Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Wednesday, July 10 to attend the 27th Annual Excellence in Sports Performance Yearly Awards, which are celebrating outstanding professional and amateur athletes in a wide variety of sports. But before winners were announced during the ceremony, these stars showed off their best fashion on the red carpet.
Among those who stole attention during the red carpet portion were Ciara and Gabrielle Union. The "Level Up" singer, who accompanied husband Russell Wilson at the event, turned heads in a regal black gown that had modern cutouts on its front and back, a deep V-neck cut and a major slit that ran up her thigh. She complemented the daring look with matching heels and had her long raven waves parted down the middle.
Gabrielle, on the other hand, arrived at the event with husband Dwyane Wade. The "America's Got Talent" judge looked stunning in a structural patterned mini dress that has puffy shoulders. Meanwhile, the former NBA star rocked a white suit.
Another star who caught people's attention on the red carpet was former UCLA gymnast Katelyn Ohashi, who made sure that her first appearance at the annual award-giving show was a memorable one. Katelyn, who made waves on the Internet in January when footage of her perfect 10-scoring floor routine went viral, once again dazzled people by posing while in an epic handstand.
In a video that was shared on espnW's official Twitter account, Katelyn was seen taking a few steps before turning upside down. Her heels dangled above her head as she smiled for the camera. For the event, she wore a cap-sleeve sheer lace jumpsuit with high-waisted white shorts and a matching tub top layered underneath. She teamed her look with silver bracelets and hoop earrings.
