AceShowbiz - Remember that night when 50 Cent survived a fatal shooting? Up until this day, many people think it was such a miracle that the "In Da Club" hitmaker could survive after he got shot nine times at a close range. However, his nemesis Irv Gotti apparently didn't think he would still be alive if he didn't receive Satan's help after the incident.

In an interview with Vlad TV, the Murder Inc. CEO and co-founder wasn't convinced in the lightest bit that Fofty was saved by the God. "Who saved him? People be like 'God.' The first thing is 'yo, God saved this guy.' Maybe Satan saved him." Calling the "Power" exec producer and actor a "great agent chaos," Gotti doubted God "would save somebody who moves like that."

He continued trash talking Fofty, "Somebody who disrespects his own family. Everything you think of 50 is just negative. He's an engine of negativity, beef, chaos. Sounds like he's with Satan to me, man."

Fofty was attacked by a gunman outside his grandmother's former home in South Jamaica on May 24, 2000. He was shot in the hand, arm, hip, both legs, chest and left cheek with a 9mm handgun. His facial wound resulted in a swollen tongue, the loss of a wisdom tooth and a slightly slurred voice while his friend was wounded in the hand. Fofty spent thirteen days in hospital after the incident. Meanwhile, the alleged attacker, Darryl Baum, was killed three weeks later.

The "Candy" hitmaker fully recovered after six months.

Fofty opened up about the shooting in his autobiography, "From Pieces to Weight: Once Upon a Time in Southside Queens". He wrote, "After I got shot nine times at close range and didn't die, I started to think that I must have a purpose in life … How much more damage could that shell have done? Give me an inch in this direction or that one, and I'm gone."
