After bandmate Mel B admitted she announced an Australian tour prematurely, words spread that the Ginger Spice doesn't really want to be away from her two children for extended duration.

AceShowbiz - Geri Horner (Geri Halliwell) feels "it might not be worthwhile" taking the Spice Girls' "Spice World – 2019 Tour" overseas.

The 46-year-old reunited with bandmates Mel B (Melanie Brown), Emma Bunton and Mel C (Melanie C) for a series of U.K. dates earlier this year, with their run culminating with several shows London's iconic Wembley Stadium.

The popularity of the concerts led to speculation that the four-piece could be taking their reunion international - with Mel B appearing to confirm the girls would be heading to Australia for a tour Down Under.

However, it's since been reported that mother-of-two Geri, who famously quit the group back in 1998, is unsure about extending the jaunt.

"The other girls all want to take their Spice World show internationally," a source told Britain's The Sun newspaper. "They all had so much fun and know there is massive demand outside of the U.K."

"Geri loved the tour but it was very hard going on her and she really feels like three nights at Wembley Stadium is the perfect high to end on. She doesn't really want to be away from her kids for any long stretches and just feels like it might not be worthwhile."

Ginger Spice is mother to 13-year-old daughter Bluebell with ex Sacha Gervasi and two-year-old son Monty with husband Christian Horner.

The report about Geri's uncertainty surrounding an international tour comes after Mel B admitted she announced an Australian tour prematurely, "without everybody else signing off 100 per cent".
