AceShowbiz - Is Nicki Minaj having a bun in the oven? That's what fans have been speculating about ever since the self-proclaimed black Barbie shared a Twitter post on Friday, June 28. Her post made her devotees believe that it was a pregnancy revelation.
"For the record; that was iced tea in that lobsterita glass. No alcohol was consumed in the making of our dinner date," Nicki said on the micro-blogging site. Her tweet was a reference to her appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon", on which Nicki enjoyed shrimp and lobster with host Jimmy Fallon at Red Lobster. At one point, the "Megatron" rapper was seen drinking what appeared to be a cocktail.
This led fans to believe that Nicki is currently expecting. "We about to be auties/uncles... I'm gonna cry F**K!" an excited fan said as another urged her to just straight out tell them that she's eating for two as saying, "GIRL I-- YOU IS PREGNANT HUH GIRL JUST TELL US!!" One other echoed, "Just say ur pregnant omg," while someone else joked, "It's time to welcome Pink the Print Friday ReUp Petty Minaj to the family."
One individual didn't even bother asking whether she's pregnant and directly questioned, "When is your due date?" Another fan quipped, "Nicki is pregnant. No doubtiana. She still hiding that bump. Actressianaa!!" There was also one who said, "Some call me Nicki, but some call me PREGATRON."
Nicki has yet to answer to fans' speculation as of now.
This arrived after Nicki revealed during her "Queen Radio" show that she and boyfriend Kenneth Petty had obtained a marriage license. "I think I have what I was striving for, just happiness," she said at the time. "It was so hard to get to a happy place. Now that I'm there, I don't want to compromise that for anyone or anything."
