The colorful promo art is released as star Gal Gadot and director Patty Jenkins confirm that Warner Bros. will skip a Hall H presentation at this year's San Diego Comic-Con.

AceShowbiz - Warner Bros. has shared a new poster for "Wonder Woman 1984" to tide fans over the movie's 2020 release. Putting the titular superhero front and center, the one-sheet unveils Diana Prince's (Gal Gadot) new costume.
Making its way out via Gadot's official Instagram page, the poster features the Amazonian princess standing tall in her golden armor as she basks in the colorful background that somehow matches the shades of her new costume.
The poster arrives with sad news for fans as WB has decided to skip a Hall H presentation at this year's San Diego Comic-Con. Hence, the "Wonder Woman" sequel will not be a part of the annual convention as well.
"Although all of us at Warner Brothers won't be seeing you at SDCC - Hall H this year. We are so excited for what's to come. So until then here’s a little gift from us to you....," Gadot wrote along with the poster.
Director Patty Jenkins also shared the poster on her Twitter page and echoed the actress' message to the movie fans. "By now you've heard: WB isn't going to Hall H this year. We're so sad to miss you there! And waiting until Dec. to start our official #WW84 campaign in full-- But the truth is… we can just… barely... wait...," she said.
This means there will be no preview for WB's other upcoming films, including "Joker", "Birds of Prey (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn)" and "Dune". The studio, however, is not sitting out Comic-Con altogether as it plans a special event for "It Chapter Two"" dubbed "ScareDiego" on Wednesday night, July 17 at the five-day convention.
"Wonder Woman 1984" will follow Diana Prince a.k.a. Wonder Woman who comes into conflict with the Soviet Union during the Cold War in the 1980s. She also finds a formidable foe in the for of the Cheetah (Kristen Wiig).
Chris Pine reprises his role as Steve Trevor, while Pedro Pascal is tapped to star in an undisclosed role. Written by Dave Callaham, Jenkins and Geoff Johns, the movie is scheduled to hit U.S. theaters a year from now, on June 5, 2020.
