Titled 'Wu-Tang: Of Mics and Men', the upcoming project is released to accompany a Showtime docuseries about the veteran rap group and will include footage that doesn't make the series' final cut.

AceShowbiz - Wu-Tang Clan is set to release a new album this week. But before fans get to hear the effort in its full glory, the veteran rap group has given them the first taste of the upcoming album by unveiling members Ghostface Killah and RZA's collaboration "On That S**t Again".

Featuring piano and string loops combined with dusty drum beats, the song opens with Ghostface spitting bars about enjoying a night out after having an argument at home. RZA then jumps in with a verse about living the lavish life, "Peeps this, I closed down the store/ With thousand dollar sneakers/ Bought a dozen pair with 'em with his cousin."

"On That S**T Again" is one of the seven tracks that will appear on Wu-Tang Clan's upcoming EP "Wu-Tang: Of Mics and Men", which serves to accompany the four-part Showtime docuseries about the group. Executive produced by Mitchell Diggs and Mustafa Shaikh, the album includes skits featuring "never-before-heard Wu-Tang Clan stories from footage that didn't make the documentary series' final cut."

The series itself contains never-before-seen footage and interviews with the group and people who had an instrumental part in their story. Directed by Sacha Jenkins, the show premiered on Friday, May 10, and will continue airing for the next three Fridays. " 'Wu-Tang Clan: Of Mics and Men' is the definitive docuseries that explores and reveals our careers spanning over 25 years," RZA said in a statement. "The accompanying soundtrack is a great dose of some of those Men back on those Mics again."

In addition to the Showtime docuseries, there will be a 10-episode TV series inspired by Wu-Tang Clan. Titled "Wu-Tang: An America Saga", the show will be set in the 1990s and based on the rise of the game-changing group. RZA and Method Man serve as executive producers, while Dave East has been tapped to star as a character named Shotgun. It's set to air on Hulu.
