The 'Total Bellas' star insists the 'Dancing with the Stars' pro dancer is not her boyfriend though they have been seeing each other for a while, because she's 'not ready.'

AceShowbiz - Nikki Bella doesn't consider Artem Chigvintsev as her boyfriend despite having flaunted their affection toward each other in public in multiple occasions. The former WWE star refuses to put a label on her relationship with the Russian-American dancer though they have been seeing each other for several months now.
"We're dating, but then everywhere it says like, 'Nikki Bella and boyfriend Artem,' " Nikki said on "The Bellas Podcast" on Wednesday, April 24. "And I'm like, boyfriend? Like, why are there labels? Why are they doing that? And I feel like for women in my situation who date and have fun when we want to get our Carrie and Samantha on and showcase it on our platforms, people automatically assume that we're official."
She, however, couldn't help gushing about Artem, saying, "He's an amazing cook. He's an amazing lover. He does work around the house." When her twin sister Brie Bella injected, "So, he's your boyfriend?" Nikki replied, "No ... Because I’m not ready." Brie pointed out that they're together all the time, but Nikki responded, "But that doesn't mean anything."
After weeks of romance rumors, Nikki confirmed she's dating Artem in an episode of "Total Bellas" that aired in March. The 35-year-old brunette beauty later said in the inaugural episode of "The Bellas Podcast, "Yes, we are dating. Yes, I spend the night at his house." She added though, "We are not engaged, we are not married, we're not boyfriend and girlfriend, we don't say 'I love you.' Yeah, we make out. What else? He's a great kisser."
Nikki began dating "Dancing with the Stars" pro and her former dancing partner Artem earlier this year after breaking up with longtime boyfriend John Cena. The former couple called off their engagement in April 2018, just a month before their planned May wedding.
John has since moved on by dating tech savvy Shay Shariatzadeh, who works and resides in Vancouver. The twosome was first spotted together during a romantic stroll in late March.
