This report apparently irked the Victoria's Secret model so much that she decided to set the record straight and blasted tabloids in the process. Taking to Twitter on April 4, she insisted that they're just friends.
Expressing her frustration over the fact that she couldn't hang out with male friends without raising romance speculation, Gigi wrote on the micro-blogging site, "If you outlets are going to continue writing bs headlines every time I'm seen with a friend of the male gender then there's gunna be a lot of unneeded confusion." The daughter of Yolanda Hadid added an upside down emoji, a narrowed eyes emoji and a face palm emoji in the tweet.

Prior to being rumored with the social media personality, Gigi was in a high-profile relationship with Zayn Malik. The pair first broke up last year before getting back together months later. However, their rekindled romance was short-lived as report suggested that they split once again in January of this year. A source recently said of the exes to Us Weekly, "Gigi and Zayn still talk. She still has feelings for him, of course, but he has major issues and she knows they aren't compatible. She's still very single."
Gigi and Zayn remain friends even after their breakup, and the former One Direction member will not even hold back when people badmouth the model.
