The 'Sorry' hitmaker takes to Instagram Stories to explain his run-in with the police that is caused by the design on his shoes.

AceShowbiz - Have you ever got into trouble with police because of your fashion choice? Well, Justin Bieber just experienced that when he was walking around the town on Wednesday, March 27. Taking to Instagram Stories, the "Sorry" hitmaker revealed that he just had a run-in with police who mistook the design featured on his shoes for a security tag.

He shared on the photo-sharing platform a video of him showing off his Off-White x Nike Air Max 90 sneakers, which was designed by Virgil Abloh. It featured a white zip looped through the laces which looked really similar to a security tag. Thus, it was kind of unsurprising if police mistook it for a security tag, and Justin might have just been unlucky that day when he was stopped by the police because of that.

"Virgil, my God, bro. You freaking you're killing, man!" he said in the video, which also saw him wearing khaki pants to match the sneakers. "I just had a cop come up to me and ask me why I still had the security tag on my shoe. What the..." He added, "I had to tell him, 'Bro, it's just fashion.' I don't know. He's like, 'It sure looks like a security tag.' I'm like, 'Nah, bro, you can check it out.' It looks like it though... but you're getting me in trouble!"

Fortunately for him, it appeared he could convince the cops before things got uglier.

This arrives after a woman broke into his Laguna Beach hotel room on Tuesday afternoon, March 26. According to report, the woman had actually been escorted off the property hours earlier after attending a party at the hotel the night before. However, she returned and found herself in the pop star's room. Justin reportedly told her to leave and asked his security team to hold her until police arrived. The woman, who appears to be in her 30s, was later booked for trespassing.
