Setting up an Instagram account for her little bundle of joy, the reality TV star shares a look at the baby's face through the account's profile picture.

AceShowbiz - New mother Porsha Williams can't help but brag about her newborn daughter Pilar Jhena, to the point that she even set up an Instagram account for her. Through the account, which was created on Wednesday, March 27, "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star finally shared a close-up look of her baby's face.
Fans could see how the baby looked once they went to the profile page, as the display picture featured Pilar looking adorable on her bed. She sported a white onesie while turning away from the camera. All the post on the account didn't feature her face though, but there was a photo of Pilar wrapped in a floral blanket as she sported a matching headband.
The reality TV star wrote on the photo, "This is what gave mommy all the heart burn," in addition to revealing in the caption that the image was taken when Pilar was still five days old.
Another picture featured Pilar being held by her grandmother, Diane T. Williams. Again, the baby's face wasn't featured in the photo. "Ain't no Nana' like the one I got," she wrote in the caption.
Porsha and fiance Dennis McKinley welcomed Pilar, their first child together, on Friday, March 22. The baby was born via C-section and weighed 6 lbs., 15 oz. and measured 20 inches long. "What a time to be alive!" the couple stated in a joint statement. "Porsha and I are so happy and blessed to announce the arrival of our daughter, Baby PJ. We couldn't have imagined a more magical moment! Can't thank everyone enough for joining us on this journey-it's been a fantastic journey."
Among those who congratulated the couple for the baby's arrival was Andy Cohen. He tweeted, "Congratulations @Porsha4real on your baby! I hope to make a Love connection for a Ben!" Andy was referring to his first child, Benjamin Allen Cohen who was born via surrogate.
