According to recent court filings, the reality star responded after Simon Guobadia requested a judge dismiss the defamation lawsuit he initially filed against her. The lawsuit, which Simon filed in November 2024, accused Porsha of making social media posts that implied he was suffering from erectile dysfunction.

Simon Guobadia claimed these posts harmed his reputation, caused him emotional distress, and negatively impacted his business ventures. However, Porsha and her attorneys have denied these allegations, arguing that the posts did not specifically identify anyone. Porsha maintains that the comments addressed a broader issue experienced by many individuals, not a direct attack on Simon.

In January, Simon Guobadia asked the court to dismiss his own lawsuit, citing immigration complications that prevent him from attending court hearings. Reports suggest that in 2025, Simon was deported from the United States, complicating his legal involvement.

Despite Simon’s request, Porsha Williams opposed the dismissal and filed a motion asking the court to require him to pay her legal fees associated with the case. Her filing also referenced findings related to Simon’s immigration status, accusing him of using “deceptive practices to fraudulently enter the United States.”
