AceShowbiz - Peter Thomas was arrested while getting off a plane in Miami on March 1. The ex-husband of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Cynthia Bailey was taken into custody due to an out-of-state warrant, according to TMZ.

The site reported that Peter was arrested at Miami International Airport for allegedly writing fake checks in Louisiana. His mugshot was then surfaced online, featuring him sporting a stoic expression. His eyes appeared red and watery, while his white beard is neatly trimmed. It was said that Peter is currently being held without bond.

The one-time Bravo star has yet to comment on the arrest.

Cynthia and Peter joined "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" season 3, in which they documented their 2010 nuptials on the popular reality TV series. The two announced their separation in 2016 before finalizing their divorce in 2017.

"I am definitely taking some time to myself to figure out how I want to move forward. I don't want to rush into anything, so I think this time apart is good for us," Cynthia shared in a statement at the time.

Following the split, Thomas continues to make cameo appearances on the series as he maintains his relation with his former stepdaughter Noelle Robinson. "We were friends before we were boyfriend and girlfriend, friends before we were husband and wife," Cynthia previously said of him.

"He's someone that has always had my back and someone I still trust very much. He has a great relationship with Noelle, he's still very much in her life, they have their own relationship. I'm still very close to his kids. You know, new grandbabies, who -- technically -- they're still my grandbabies. We were still together when they were born," she added.

Cynthia is currently dating boyfriend Mike Hill as she's been hinting at tying the knot again soon. "I absolutely am going to get married again," she said in January interview. About her engagement to Mike,Cynthia teased, "It's coming. It's coming."
